This was a very fast-paced book with twists and turns in every chapter. I couldn‘t put it down! The suspense kept you turning the pages to find out what surprise was next.

I received this book from the author for my honest review.

Cybercrime is not my favorite subject but I love Ms. Goddards books, and I‘m so glad I read this. It wasn‘t all computers and online shenanigans. There was plenty of real action, real suspense, real danger. And as always, Ms. Goddard‘s writing is wonderful. The scene in the woods, especially when they were trying to get away from the shooter, was pulse pounding. I‘m sad that the series is over, but hoping Ms. Goddard has a new one in the works!

Great, fascinating book about current events at the intersection of global politics and cyberwar/cybersecurity. If you liked Countdown to Zero Day, you‘ll like this.

Wow! If you want to know why everyone got really scared about cybersecurity about a month ago read this book. I‘m going to have to read it again just to make sure I caught everything. #20in4 book 2 of 3

Super scary, but well written & fascinating. Ultimate take away- cyber warfare is so advanced that we can‘t really fight it, we can only plan to survive it. The US govrnmt should‘ve sanctioned Russia when it would have made a difference, they didn‘t & now we can‘t stop, only mitigate the consequences. This book tracks an elite Russian hacking group through their attacks, how they learned from the US, and their testing ground-Ukraine. 4/5 stars

OMG, this book is terrifying and I am really worried that the western world does not truly appreciate the strategic wars that Putin is directing towards former USSR states. I see echos of appeasement and the beginning of WWII in what is happening. Fascinating read so far.

This book was interesting, but I didn‘t like how the time line tended to jump around and I really disliked the lack of in text citations. This was a good way to learn about the history of cyberwar in the USA, but I think in many cases under played some of the dangers. 2/5. Read if you want to know more about the history of cyber war, cyber attacks, and cyber war planning in the USA. It‘s a bit boring but good info.
