I just finished this book. It is the third book in the series. This isn't one of my favorite series by this author. This series feels like it is too long. I rated the book a 3 out of 5 stars

I loved how faith in God played a major role without being preachy or boring. Great advice on how to deal with stress and anxiety! It is written by a pastor but you don‘t need to be a Christian to enjoy this great wisdom. You can find timeless wisdom to deal with all kind of life issues that can cause stress in your life. Highly recommended!
