pickThis was really helpful: the second time I've read it as part of a discussion group that pushed me to apply the ideas to my own life. Got me thinking more about what being White means, (not just of European descent), my huge range of privileges, and boundaries I put up against recognizing and naming racism. Critiques also worth reading.
