pickSeptember 6, 2025 I would give this book 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The book, as usual, was put down maybe twice, or three times. However, when I picked it up the fourth time, I actually continued to read because the pages would go by fast. After halfway, the story sped up and@more was revealed.
September 6, 2025 Welp, good news is that Abby and Sam are alive. Monica shot herself because she knew that Abby had won. As a result, in the end, Abby and Sam were able to keep the baby. The baby that was delivered safely in the NICU. The baby was named David: very small, beautiful, and looked a lot like Sam.
Abby was very happy to have finally called herself a parent because she and Sam were waiting to have a kid of their own.
Book Haul - husband wanted to spend time walking around town while we waited for the movie to start. Of course book store = book haul 🖤🖤🖤🖤
September 6, 2025 Almost done with the book!!!! Abby is being questioned for murder. Is Abby really a murderer? Did she KILL Denise Holt?? Or did Monica frame Abby for killing Denise Holt because she knew too much??? Now Abby and Sam are heading home from the police station when Abby spots Chelsea - Monica's roommate. Although when the talk, she finds out that Monica paid her $200 to say that she was her roommate: FALSE. Monica deceived Abby
September 6, 2025 On page 213 and have reached Chapter 30. Abby met with Gertie who was a co-worker of hers because she wanted to show her a picture of Monica, who may have been the one to push her down the stairs from behind her back. Gertie is retired now - thank goodness. Suddenly, Denise Holt calls to meet with Abby. Once Abby agrees to meet with Denise, she finds that Denise is dead inside her office - no response! Who killed Denise Holt?
September 2, 2025 Page 134 Now it seems as though Monica is acting sneaky and beginning to behave strangely. Especially around Abby. She told Abby that she would help her out by having her child but now she is making it look like it is her and Sam's child. Abby is pissed with Monica because lately she has been wearing makeup, showing cleavege, and dressing seductively around Sam. Even giving Sam a nickname of Sammy! Like WHAT and WHEN???
September 1, 2025 I have made it halfway through the book which means I am on page 107. Or close to it. Abby's husband decided to agree to Monica being the sureogate for their child, although Monica being 23 years old seems to be wanting more than the child. Now that she is pregnant with their kid, Monicas' egg but Sam's sperm, Abby is wondering whether Monica has feelings for Sam. Sam is handsome after all...
September 1, 2025 HAPPY LABOR DAY! Happy Labor Day to all those who work: doctors, nurses, teachers, etc everyday to keep our world as positive as can be! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your job and motivation to make the world a safer and healthier place. Anyway, I am on page 46 and Abby wants to have a baby. Problem is that she cannot because she is defective. She shares the idea with her husband about getting a surrogate.

so-soThis was not my favorite book of Freida‘s. I thought most of the early part of the book was very juvenile but as I got deeper into it- I couldn‘t put it down. Definitely a good ending but the first part was tough to plow thru.
