The story itself was ok. There‘s still a lot of questions to be answered and the ending tried to be a cliffhanger, which it it was, but also felt like “WTF just happened”. The artwork is still beautiful though. Overall, I think to truly understand this book, there should be some knowledge on greek gods going in.

This was a reread and just as enjoyable as the first time. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous too 😍

Well it wasn‘t what I was expecting. It‘s more looking back and ends...not how I like things to end. But it‘s a unique story and mostly held my interest. #libraryread #readwomen #diversebooks

Highly recommended by a reader friend, I‘m starting this #LibraryRead about Civil Rights icon, Congressman John Lewis. What do you call a graphic novel when it‘s not fiction? #That

dgingo @SaturnDoo Really? Cool. Thanks! 👍🏼This is only my second full-length graphic text, so it‘s not my genre and I never thought about a non-fiction version. 5mo

A classic 'abused woman protecting her child after running away' story. This one definitely dove a lot deeper into that however, talking about PTSD and the abuses affects on a child. It got a little strong on the info dump in the second half but not bad. I appreciate what she did with it. #romance #libraryread

I‘m only about 40 pages in, but this one is excellent so far! I can‘t wait to see this story unfold! #libraryread #breaktimereading

Why does the climax of the book have to happen when I only have 5 minutes left on my break at work?! I NEED to know what happens!!!!! Come on dinner time! #needtoknow #libraryread

SledgeReader Murphy‘s Law is brutal! Then there is George‘s Law. My husband always asks me a random question when I am on the LAST page of my book. And he does it without looking. He calls it a gift. 😳 1y
GripLitGrl I hate when that happens then you're just counting down till you can read again. 1y
ads0123 @SledgeReader omg! That is a weird gift to have!! Lol 1y
ads0123 @GripLitGrl Yes!!!! And I‘m way too distracted wanting to get back to the book when I should be working more efficiently. 1y
