It is a fast-paced read, well-written and broadly atmospheric.
EadieB It hooked me from the beginning to the satisfying ending. I loved reading about an island of Croatia as I have traveled to Croatia to find my relatives. There are about a thousand islands off of Croatia and we stayed on Pag and Hvar Island and had a wonderful time. I am now looking forward to the next Bryndza novel. If you love reading about Croatian islands then you would love this book. 10mo
