pickAn excellent book to have on hand and live by. Simple, sound advice for how to eat. We all struggle with our food. We don‘t eat fresh, we don‘t eat about fresh, we eat too much of everything else. Eating is one thing that has the power to bring us together, and it really is true: you are what you eat. So do right by yourself! Grow your food if you can, with love, and most of all, prepare it with love. Your body will thank you. Shown: ⬇️

I'm currently really struggling to read, but I found listening to this very interesting book did help somewhat to get me out of my slump.
This was really so informative and fascinating. I didn't realise how easy our eating habits are influenced by our environment. I truly believed myself above this, but was so shocked at how many things I thought was my choice only to realise that it was really the things around me.
This was my favorite when I was a kid! It totally captivated my imagination, and I continued reading it to myself long after the age when picture books were read to me. #SandwichDay #NovemberNarrative @Eggs @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks
This story follows a color scheme which makes the illustration seem very uniform and flow together. The illustrations are not too complex and easy to interpret, which would be great for younger grades. It is very cute and entertaining
