Binging on some graphic novels this week!

I love going back into this world with these characters.

Another book that was just okay. A simple heist story set sometime between the end of Firefly and the start of Serenity. Or perhaps even before the end of Firefly since there's no mention of Inara planning to leave. It's kind of a nothing story with no real stakes but it's always good to be back with these particular characters. Fans of the show will probably enjoy it but I don't think even the most die hard Browncoat will think it's the best.

It's #www time! Jo Chen is a fantastic artist that has worked with a bunch of comics, but I learned of her through the work she's done for the Buffy, Angel, and Firefly comics. She mostly does covers (and they are just wonderful) but I know she's done inside art for a handful of titles. And to tie in #recommendsday I'd like to point you to the whedonverse comics. They've gone some interesting places!
