The Baby-Sitters Club #11: Kristy and the Snobs
The Baby-Sitters Club #11: Kristy and the Snobs | Ann M. Martin
8 posts | 21 read
The hit series is back, to charm and inspire another generation of baby-sitters! After Kristy's mom got married, her family moved to Watson's house in a new neighborhood. But the kids there aren't very friendly--in fact, they're total snobs! They criticize Kristy's clothes, make fun of the Baby-sitters Club. . . and worst of all, they laugh at Louie, Kristy's pet collie, who's going blind. Nobody does that and gets away with it! Kristy's fighting mad, and she's not going to put up with a Snob Attack any longer--and neither is the BSC! The best friends you'll ever have--with classic BSC covers and a letter from Ann M. Martin!

⭐️⭐️⭐️
Discovering that the BSC series is available on Hoopla is a delight. These are just little bites of comfort.

Endings can sometimes be beginnings. They can be sad, but sometimes they bring happiness.

This book is a good comic that deals with bullying and how to navigate some of the issues that come with school. It can apply to a lot of children as it discusses how it feels to move and be in a new place.

This book was recently published in 2021. It is a graphic chapter novel. The illustrations are really prone and are easy to understand when looking at the picture.

When you‘re reading a book and suddenly everyone talks about how the dog is getting old and you know exactly what‘s coming next. 💔☹️

Zelma I loved these books so much as a kid. My mom saved them (plus all my Judy Blume, Beverly Cleary, and Laura Ingalls Wilder books) in a giant plastic tub and we just gave them to my cousin‘s daughter. She was ecstatic! 💕 6y
