I really really loved this book and this world so much. I initially wasn't going to read it because I'm not a fan of books that do character spin offs...but I'm so glad I did! And I am now 100% convinced that I will love every word that K.J. Charles has ever written.

Absolutely adored JackDaw! K.J. Charles is the BEST at these little action packed queer historical stories. As always, I am in love with the characters that she wrote.

Now, I need y'all (someone) to recommend a good vampire book for me to read next! 😍

The real word is making my brain and heart hurt so I've spent the last two days reading nothing but A Charm of Magpies books. They're full of sexy times and magic and great storytelling, it's an excellent mental break that I totally recommend.
