My friend lent me her giant, door-stopper copy of the Paper Girls series. I didn‘t love it as much as she did because sci-fi & time travel are not my genres. Despite that, I did sort of understand the time travel & loved the 4 girls‘ interactions & friendships. Plus, I got to relive part of the ‘80s & Y2k. Recommend for fans of f the above genres, graphic novels/comics, & adventure. #bookspin for November

This is such a beautiful six-volume graphic novel series. The final book ties the story together well. It's both funny and deep, and I love the many Cleveland references ❤️

It‘s the early hours after Halloween 1988–AKA Hell Day for Stony Stream, Ohio‘s only paper delivery girls, who don‘t just encounter the annoying older teens they expect but warring time travelers, existential danger, trips to the past and future, & maybe even a friendship that can last the ages? These 4 MCs are so excellently written and so lovable, and I promise once you pick this up, you‘ll be down to travel anywhere in time & space for them.

Finished the complete series, a very fun comic that is frequently called Stranger Things with girls. However, it came first and besides having a setting in the 80‘s is totally different. Though not perfect, it is a fun YA adventure story. 4⭐️
