I loathe Alastor Shaw.
The city of San Francisco thinks we’re rival artists.
In truth, we’re predators battling for hunting ground.
We never chased the same prey. Until the night we both laid eyes on Mara Eldritch.
Shaw wants to use her as a pawn in his twisted game.
I’m fixated on her for a different reason…
She makes me feel things I never thought I could feel. Want things I never wanted.
Only she can make me lose control.
I don’t know if I should protect her at all costs… or destroy her before she ruins me.
Mara knows I’m no saint. But she has no idea she’s dancing with the devil…

By far the best book I have read in a long time. Not for everyone so approach with caution. 🐍

I‘d say, personally, that this book was okay. It didn‘t pull me in a shoot me through the heart like I expected but it was still a quick okay read. I read it in under 12 hours and though I liked the idea of the plot, the execution wasn‘t my favorite. Post reading it I have been thinking about this book and my brain keeps referencing back to it. So maybe it was good?

First off this one isn't going to be for everyone. If you read Sophie Lark than you already know she writes dark and twisted. This one is no different. This is in fact a serial killer romance. Yup, you read that one right. It does end in a cliffhanger and it's spicy and twisted. Mind the TW's. #LittensLoveRomance #bookspin @TheAromaofBooks

3½⭐
WTF, did I just read? This was my first ever, bookstagram made me do it. I seriously didn‘t know Serial Killer Romance was a thing. Go figure. But seriously, why is it a thing? Either way, I guess I was intrigued enough to try it. The writing was surprisingly easy to read, and the flow of the story was so smooth…it sucked me right in. But, it's definitely not going to be for everyone.
