Vampires, dragons, weres, and all kinds of fae come together in this series. Shimmer is a dragon that has five years of “prison” on earth and has to work at a paranormal investigation agency. This novel revolves around ending the haunting of a bed and breakfast. There was a ton going on in this book which is the usual for Galenorn, but it was funny and suspenseful.

I really thought I was going to like this when I first started reading but by half way through I just couldn't keep going. The dialogue was unbelievably repetitive and Alex came across as a 15 year old instead of centuries old.

I really enjoyed this book. It is set in the Otherworld series, but with different characters. It was nice to explore different Supes and the magic of this universe.
