The House at Phantom Park | 
so-soI had high hopes for this because the only other Graham Masterton book I‘ve read scared the pants off me. He didn‘t quite pull it off. It had an interesting and unique premise which I liked, but the characterization fell flat for me. I never really bought into their motivations, especially the ending. It is spooky and held my interest, but I didn‘t buy the ending at all.
