America's favorite series returns with a new look and a Netflix tv show.Mary Anne should never have thrown away that chain letter she got in the mail. Ever since she did, bad things have been happening-to everybody in the Baby-sitters Club. With Halloween coming up, Mary Anne's even more worried-what kind of spooky thing will happen next? Then Mary Anne finds a new note in her mailbox: Wear this bad-luck charm, it says. OR ELSE. Mary Anne's got to do what the note says. But who sent the charm? And why did this person send it to Mary Anne?If the Baby-sitters don't solve this mystery soon, their bad luck might never stop!

I love reliving the BSC with these graphic novels!

Mr. Pike‘s Daddy Stew always made me smile because it reminds me of my mother‘s Mommy Soup.

I am enjoying these as a trip down memory lane! Silly fun with old friends. Awesome illustrations. 👌

I enjoy these blasts from the past. Though I‘m not sure young readers today know what a chain letter is.

Really hope I wasn‘t this gullible at 13. One of the weaker ones in the series, because it relies on these girls who are usually reliable & mature acting like toddlers over a chain letter. They all buy into the bad luck idea, even regarding things that are really not “bad luck” at all, like a kid‘s glued-together costume coming apart. Just don‘t like younger readers seeing the girls be so susceptible to BS. And all because of a boy 🙄🙄🙄 2/5 ⭐️

I opened the book to the scene where Beth dies. Maybe I would feel cheered up if I read about someone who was having a worse time than I was.

[I feel called out.]

Vaguely remember reading this as a kid. I love a good nostalgia trip. ❤️

Kshakal I loved the baby sitter club books!!!! 6y
PenguinInFlight I loved those! I had a ton of them! I passed them on to my sister, then my cousins. I wish I had them still. I especially loved the “super special” ones that were longer and had each girl‘s handwriting at the beginning of the chapter. 6y
