Taking a break from work for #12booksof2021 #September

I will not choose between these two and you can‘t make me. Wingwalkers releases in April 2022 and Taylor Brown does not disappoint with this one. Under the Whispering Door was also phenomenal and I‘m making my work book club read it in January.

bibliobard I need to add these — they sound great! 2y

Pickpick

Each Taylor Brown novel is a unique piece of art. He has a gift for plucking the reader out of their chair and depositing them fully into the American landscape. Wingwalkers is no exception. There are two storylines that intertwine briefly then break apart again. The characters in each are brilliant, fully realized people. Della & Zeno have a love story for the ages and there‘s a special treat for fans of William Faulkner. 😉
