1) sleeping in, long breakfast, audiowalk, reading, napping, a log fire, tea and cake
2) doubting myself, it's annoying and takes up a lot of energy
3) standing up for myself a bit more, I tend to put other people first

2) Regularly, English is my second language. I read in German. I've read books in French and several other languages with more or less success.

3) my eyes, being able to see and only being a bit short-sighted & audiobooks [eye exam this morning, couldn't read properly because my pupils had to be enlarged]

1) sticking to a yoga routine for a year - I'm more bendy
3) went to a neighbouring town for some sightseeing on Monday and
2) I'll never forget how little my kids know about local/German/European history. They know how long the 30-years war lasted, but nothing else. We were standing in front of the building where history happened and they were looking for food 🤦🏻♀️
