If you want to read a novel based on "Dark Shadows," take the bats' advice and read Dark Passages, written by the actress who played Maggie/Josette on the show. Don't read Hawkes Harbor, which was commissioned as a Dark Shadows book, then rejected by the publisher (but still has at least one typo revealing its origins. ?) #readthisnotthat #maybookflowers
