pickWhat a wonderfully complex book about a subject that is so difficult to understand, traumatic brain injuries. Having a family member with a TBI, I found this a very interesting read. Family Tree is also a beautiful love story and, it made me want apples and maple syrup LOL ? As you can see in the picture, our trees are just starting to turn?????♥️
Favorite quote: "Don't let the things you have to do take over the things you love to do."
pickI really liked this book. Been to Vermont in the fall a few years ago and loved it. This book brought back those memories. Highly recommend!!

pickThis book was so good!!! While reading it I felt like I was transported to the Forest of Vermont and it seriously made me want some maple syrup! Highly recommend!!!
After a crazy busy weekend there is nothing better than curling up with a good book and my fur baby on a chilly Sunday evening!
Between my stop at the library and a stop at the bookstore, I had a pretty impressive book haul! (I can tell it is fall because I am like a squirrel gathering nuts for winter but in my case it's books!)
Have you read FAMILY TREE by Susan Wiggs yet? It's hard to imagine anything more delicious than the recipes in the book...until the Mineral Country Library in Superior, MT pulls out all the stops with this cake!

Today's book mail for an August TLC Book Tour review. pickThe more I think about this book, the more I love it. I read it in manuscript, & I can‘t stop thinking about Annie Rush, her deft touch in the kitchen, & the way she found her heart buried in Vermont. It‘s the perfect kind of novel to curl up with when you need consolation. Also: #ilovermont!
