Pickpick

This is the second in the series and so much better than the first one!! The first was like drinking koolaid without the sugar, it looked good but didn't really satisfy. I loved the storyline in Split Second. It was much more exciting. I wish there was a third in the series...would love to know more about Laila's brother and her dad.

My mom always tells me that if I feel like punching someone, first I have to say something nice to them. Out loud. If I still feel like punching them, they probably deserve it.

Mehso-so

This was a good sequel to the first book. It's told in alternating POV by Addie and her best friend Laila. I really enjoyed Laila's POV chapters. The story was fast paced and kept me intrigued. I kind of wish Laila got her own book so I could see how her younger brother is dealing with his new ability and if her dad redeems himself.
