My favorite time of year growing up in the Midwest 🍁🍁. A short period of warmth and coziness between early autumn and harsh winter. Sunny optimistic days and the haunting beauty of fall colors made our hearts peaceful, as we enjoyed a final reprieve before winter‘s onset

TWMAuthor In our travels for work in the past, we loved the colourful spread of Autumn. Here in Scotland, we have two Indian Summers, one in March then September. Strangely enough, for 5 years now, Spring has turned as hot as Summer, temps of 20°C from mid-May. Very mild winters. Sadly, not enough deciduous trees but few golden ones. 5y
