You know what? I liked this. This was solid. Heather Glasgow is worried for her 11yo daughter, Natalie, who likes to walk around at night and eat raw meat. And when she walks, it sounds like something huge is walking around. So her mother calls Margaret, the kind of woman who might know a thing or two about about possession. This was good and my spirit felt lighter reading the real satisfying resolution Piper wrote. Pick!

An interesting little take on possession with an ending that really appealed to me.

The Possession of Natalie Glasgow was so much more than I expected. Possession stories are often repetitive. There can be some enjoyment and comfort in repetition but nothing beats something fresh and new. Hailey Piper takes us in a new direction and packs SO much story and emotion into a very short book. I‘m eager to read more of her work and I can‘t recommend this book enough. #horror #novella #haileypiper
