TEArificbooks I love Childs. I am working my way through her tea shop series and “egg” series. When I get caught up with those I want to start this series. 4y
BarkingMadRead @mdm139 this is my first book by her, but I have a stack at home, someone brought them into the bookstore that I volunteer at and I snatched them up! 4y

Mehso-so

From ok to so-so. No many people will like it, it is short with many irrelevant details. However, I enjoyed how New Orleans traditions were described, there are delicious recipes as expected in cozy mysteries books & it's funny.I do scrapbook & main character is the owner of a scrapbook store: Memory Mine, where memories are made".I will read next books. Carmela is an interesting character.Thank you @mabell who chose it from my litsy tbr 1 yr ago?

mabell I‘m glad you liked it enough to read on! It is fun to read a cozy featuring your hobby :) 5y
Gissy @mabell Most of Cozy mysteries are like that, maybe not a great great story but they have something cozy that just captivate you. In this book, I liked Carmela, New Orleans historical mystery, traditions and everything started in a scrapbook store? Yes, definitely for me. Thank you so much. I'm ready to read the 2nd book😍❤️❤️❤️❤️ 5y
