At fifteen, Amanda Grace was abducted on her way home from school. 738 days later, she escaped. Her 20/20 interview is what everyone remembersAmanda describing the room where she was kept, the torn poster of TV heartthrob Chase Henry on the wall. It reminded her of home and gave her the strength to keep fighting. Now, years later, Amanda is struggling to live normally. Her friends have gone on to college, while she battles PTSD. Shes not getting any better, and she fears that if something doesnt change soon she never will. Six years ago, Chase Henry defied astronomical odds, won a coveted role on a new TV show, and was elevated to super-stardom. With it, came drugs, alcohol, arrests, and crazy spending sprees. Now he's sober and a Hollywood pariah, washed up at twenty-four. To revamp his image, Chases publicist comes up with a plan: surprise Amanda Grace with the chance to meet her hero, followed by a visit to the set of Chases new movie. The meeting is a disaster, but out of mutual desperation, Amanda and Chase strike a deal. What starts as a simple arrangement, though, rapidly becomes more complicated when they realize they need each other in more ways than one. But when the past resurfaces in a new threat, will they stand together or fall apart? With charm and heart, Stacey Kade takes readers on a journey of redemption and love.

I came across this passage and immediately sent it to my fiancé. What an incredible description for something he deals with, but couldn‘t put into words quite like this author did.

This was far more than I was expecting-deeper and heavier. And the love... it says something that I wasn't convinced that the couple would (or should) make it until the last 4 pages.

(4 stars) Three Thoughts 1) this book held my attention and kept me listening even if I did think some events happened kind of fast 2) I liked the dual POV and loved getting to know Chase and Amanda 3) a little predictable but a worthwhile read

Sarahreadstoomuch I totally just bought this on Friday. 7y

I loved everything about this audio book. Not many books, in my experience, can cause just about every emotion possible during the time span it takes to complete the book. 738 Days evoked happiness, fear, sadness, excitement, frustration, heartbreak, and love, in me, all in the best ways possible.

I have no words for how amazing this was. I fell instantly in love with Chase & Amanda (& their stories). I finished this 432 pg book in one day. This book shows how to believe in yourself, moving on & the power of love. A top read of this year. Full review-there's no room here!- goodreads: b00kn00k
