dabbe Oy to the ultimate vey! On one vacation when I was 15, I was sighing very dramatically on the couch. My mom walked by, asked what was wrong, and I said, “I'm bored.“ She gave me the STARE and replied, “Did it ever occur to you that YOU are the one who is boring? Butterfinger @dabbe @Ruthiella @tamra I did a randomized for the activities they each wanted to do. The youngest put the beach 5 times. It landed on shopping. So shopping during the hot part, swimming later. So relieved. 1w
TEArificbooks @dabbe my mom used to tell me “I wasn‘t put on this earth to entertain you nor is it my job” now that she is retired she gets bored and will call me and say “I‘m bored, entertain me” and you know I parrot it back 1w
