Pickpick

Okay, I have read the the other two, but I ended up going right into the next books and by the time I remembered to write a review, I forgot all the details of them. I know I really loved The Saint - it might be my favourite up to date from this series.

But I also completely fell in love with this story. So much tension! The story started off with our “hero” being rather obnoxious and I wasn‘t sure I would like the story but he quickly changes.

Mehso-so

I am SO not a fan of the forced marriage trope, and there were plenty of moments when that was front-and-center in this book and it made me squirm in my seat every time. But I also really like the reformed rake trope so it balances out I guess? Ah well, hopefully the next one's better.

I do NOT like this "forced marriage" trope. AT ALL :|.

You just keep on telling yourself that, hon. Sometimes, "fake it till you make it" can actually work.

Aaaaand I'm at it again with the muscly lairds XD. I appear to be going through a phase of romance novels - which is remarkably fun! Didn't read a lot of romance novels last year so I guess this year I'm making up for it XD.
