pickSo much I did not learn in school about Cortes. This book gives a very readable account of what went down in Mexico and the love of gold ruling all.
pickI knew little on Cortes and the Aztecs besides an old black and white Dr. Who and a Neil young song. Levy made the story readable and flowing so it wasn't just dry history.
