Mehso-so

I finished reading this book this morning, and whilst I did enjoy it, it's not amazing, so I have rated it as a so-so. It's easy to read, slightly cheesy, a bit predictable but fun and did draw me in. I've read a couple of Syd Moore's later books and her writing is improving.
If you enjoy ghost stories and witchy tales give her books a try!

Mehso-so

Syd Moore has effectively created a ghostly who-dunnit with the drowning pool. I thought the historical elements were great and the crime story was decent, but the main character was a little erratic and being as it's pegged as a ghost story, I was hoping for a few more chills. Enjoyable but not incredible.
