Cornelia Funke did not disappoint in the sequel, might have even liked it better than part one.
There are two more to go which messes completely with my current reading schedule😂

I read the sequel to Steinernes Fleisch today on my parents boat 🚤, and we had two visitors as well! Lebendige Schatten is an improvement to the first book, there is barely any Will & Clara in it (yeah!) and we learn much more about the Spiegelwelt. On to book 3!

I chose this author as my “Author Study“. So, I figured why not add it to my Litsy list. “Fearless“ by Cornelia funke is part of a series and the second book in that series. Although it is considered a book for grades 7 & up, I feel it is safe enough for 5th and 6th graders in the elementary level. The UDL 4.1 regarding varying the methods for response & navigation along with EL 2 for promoting cooperation. A must read of all ages #UCFLAE3414F19

Tinks A world where you can get lost in, from one page to the next. It's a world on the other side of a mirror that will enchant you with colorful details and have you warming up at times to even the meanest of characters. Living Shadows | Cornelia Funke

So I was gifted book one in this cover last year. I have seen this book lots and love Funke but this book normally has a very dark cover. Bother the original us and paper back editions. This is just so light and makes the books seem light. Book one has a pink cover.
