Mehso-so

As far as workplace provided customer service propaganda goes, it was ok. Many examples of people going above and beyond to provide customer service, some to ridiculous lengths. Blanchard is trying really hard to convert these examples to a business model, but it never really comes together.

Everyone in our division was given a copy of this book. We were told that it is a voluntary read, but there is a mandatory discussion about it next week.😁

pdever Don't you love management decisions like that? We have a mandated performance objective to improve employee engagement as measured by improved scores on an employee opinion survey... That is, the ratings we give our managers on the survey are directly tied to getting raises! 5y
