3/5 - What do people associate with America? Guns. With it being the US‘s birthday month, I thought this title was a perfect fit. This seems to be a rather balanced book focusing on the history of the Glock to include its booming success in America, the growing corruption of the founder and his company, and a sordid family drama.

JoeMo The author mostly avoids any personal political commentary until the end when he uses data to make some rather balanced hypotheses about the effectiveness of gun control. I was actually surprised by some of the figures and wonder if they‘re still accurate today. #bookspinbingo 3y
