pick#bfcr3 (19/30) not much fitness going on here as I had my left eye cataract surgery yesterday. It went pretty well, things are still blurry and it feels like I‘ve got an eyelash in it but I think when it‘s fully healed and the other eye is done and healed that it‘s going to be a life changer. Anyway-this book is a reread but I still enjoyed it. @wanderinglynn

CocoReads @julesG no, I‘ve never been able to audio. I can do music but audio is too much like being read to and I‘ve never been able to stand that since I learned how to read. Mostly I‘m just reading with one eye closed. I did download an audio book from the library but I‘m not having much success. 5y
CaroPi Recover soon. Try to listen non fiction. It works for me. I am unable to listen fiction but I truly enjoy non fiction in audio it really increase my reading 😁. It takes a couple to find the correct one. Eyes operation are the worst. I had retina detachment in both of my eyes 15 years ago... Is hell but you will recover! (edited) 5y

Crazeedi Heal quickly! My hubby just had his first one done, he hadn't been able to read for a year! I just started audiobooks, I thought I just couldn't do them, but I've found that I'm doing ok listening. Just have to be busy, if I'm not doing anything I end up falling asleep! Lol 5y
CocoReads @crazeedi I have to be able to focus so if I stay busy I wind up not knowing what‘s going on in the book. If I do nothing I either fall asleep or get irritated with the pace. There‘s just no pleasing me when it comes to audio! 🤣 oddly enough, I can do podcasts. Mostly. 5y
