Unbeknownst to the general public, vampires are rampant in Tokyo. To control and contain them, the government has developed a program to track and treat rogue vamps who decide to prey on the public. Pickpick

The sheer diversity and authenticity of the Queer representation, as well as the myriad allegories on Japan‘s xenophobic and socio-cultural dynamics, makes this series one of my favourites. If you saw the anime and hated it, I don‘t blame you. It doesn‘t cover any of the phenomenal traits that makes this series so bloody brilliant.
