A Man in a Million
A Man in a Million | Jessica Bird
3 posts | 3 read
As far as bad boy Spike Moriarty was concerned, Madeline Maguire defined female perfection. When they'd met, she'd walked up as if she wasn't the most gorgeous thing on the planet and asked to see his tattoos. He—a tough guy who'd make grown men run—had just about passed out. But their connection was definitely one-way…it had to be. Because he could never be the man in a million she was looking for, not with the things he'd done and seen. So for as long as she'd let him, he'd give her whatever she wanted. He'd worry about her walking away when it happened.

Mehso-so

Spending my quarantine trying to keep in contact with my 2nd graders and reading romance. This was some old school JR Ward- so good writing, but very dated.

#24in48 winding down, I have finished two books, and I'm not quite done, but I'm not sure I'll get anything else finished in time. We'll see! I've got some pizza on tap for dinner, and will work on an audio during some chores for awhile.

#24in48 I've skipped around a lot and not actually finished anything else yet. I'm a J R Ward fan and am visiting some of her stories writing as Jessica Bird, which still have the style she's known for, the damaged super badass with heart. I plan to get a little farther before calling it a night on Day 1. See you all tomorrow!
