Mehso-so

This War of the Worlds adaptation wasn't bad. It had a great cast, I just didn't pay enough attention to realise that it was a musical drama and was put off a bit by all the musical interludes. Oops.

Schwifty I have this ha ha! You‘re the only person I “know” who has also heard it. The crazy parson screaming about the devil is the best part. 2y
Bookwomble @Schwifty I bought the vinyl in 1978, have it on CD, have the PC game version and have seen the live show 👽🛸 (Old man proving he's old 👴😁) 2y

For my dad's Christmas last year, I bought us front row tickets to Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds. We had to wait almost a year for the show, but it was well worth it! I know I should at some point read H.G. Wells classic but I'm sorry, this is MY version of The War Of The Worlds. Could be worse though, could be the Tom Cruise version 😂🙈
