5 stars for this fun Halloween read in which the librarian conjures famous literary monsters from a teacher‘s magic book. Creatures from the Headless Horseman to the Jabberwocky show their kind side over apple cider and cookies. Spookily good story for grades 1-4 that encourages reading. #kidlit #librarian #halloween #Scarathalon22 #TeamSlaughter #31by31

I have 6 books left from Trick or treating. I have out 4. I had to run back in for some teen books as I was surprised by some older kids.

RavenLovelyReads I seriously need to do this next year! What a wonderful idea!! 5y
LibrarianRyan @RavenLovelyReads I went on book outlet searched Halloween in children‘s books and then arranged it price wise least to most. Then Ordered 10. I don‘t get many trick or treaters so it is actually the same price as buying a few bags of candy. (edited) 5y
