One thing I loved about this book was the illustrations. The illustrations placed Benjamin Franklin in our modern world as the book discusses the inventions he made and how they are still in use today. The story gives great insight into the inventor and man Benjamin Franklin was in a way that is easily understandable for younger students.

This is a Historical book. It talks about the inventions Ben Franklin made. The book tells a good story of inventions made by Ben Franklin many many years ago and how we still use them today. The story is accurate. It brings back memories of being in school and learning about Ben Franklin.
I would use this in my classroom because it talks about all the inventions he created and how we still use them all today. I would tie in an activity somehow after reading the book.
