panBlegh. The author tried too hard to incorporate characters from the rest of the series. The sex was lukewarm. The characters were one-note. I didn‘t hate it enough to bail before finishing, but I want those hours of my life back.

pickLily and Luke could have both made better choices but they lacked maturity in ways. Much of the tension & drama between these characters could have been solved from simply communicating. It didn‘t make for a bad read but there were times when it was frustrating. Overall, it was a great story that clearly illustrates strong family ties and has a very satisfying enemies-to-lovers romance. Full review at www.thegenreminx.com #TheGenreMinxBookReviews
