I love the dark hunters series. This novel outlines Talon's story and I have to say it was an amazing story. The level of detail we receive on Talon's back story is incredible, and the reason he decided to give up his soul is totally believable. I love the use of Gods that we are all familiar with is in my opinion a stroke of genius. Make no mistake these novels have a large romance component but they are more than romance novels.

I love how the story progressed in this sequel. I enjoyed the coupling of Talon and Sunshine. Books like this are like crack for me. I just have to keep reading them!

🌟🌟🌟 (3 stars) Three Thoughts 1) liked this one but got super annoyed with heroine and how judgy she was about other people's food choices 2) all the head jumping made my head hurt 3) the character of zarek broke my heart and I looked forward to his story!!

Need to jump on this quick before I have to return it! I decided, after years of putting it off to start the Dark Hunter Series By Sherrilyn Kenyon. Im on the second book and so far its ok. Not a masterpiece but still entertaining.

First book of #24in48. This is the second book in this series and I somehow missed it along the way. I enjoyed it overall. It has been a while since I read one but I didn't remember there being so much sex. Maybe it just felt that way because I was listening to it on audio, LOL. I will probably return to the series again but not on audio. #norush

Okay so....I am not a complete prude but why are all the sex scenes so corny and we so damn frequent! I am a fan of J.R. Ward's BlackDagger Brotherhood series and (yes) they have sex but they are so much better written! I could have just read the manga and skipped these!
