It‘s not often I like a photo of myself, but I love this one on the beach this morning. Forgive me for being a bit up myself, but I do have a pretty decent pair of legs - that‘s what marathon training does for you!
Lowish steps today, but I did three half-hour swims in the Gulf, plus we have only been having two meals a day, despite being on all-inclusive, so. I‘m behaving myself and keeping to the #BookFitnessChallenge as much as possible!
