(2012) Manga is mostly a Not My Thing thing, but a friend recommended this series about a class of outcast high school students trying to assassinate their teacher, a creature who has destroyed the moon and promises to do the same to the earth. Besides being a psychopath, the creature is the best teacher the class has ever had. It's as nuts as it sounds and (surprise!) very My Thing. I'll continue this one.

I went into this one blind - I‘m not sure what I was expecting but a giant smiley face with tentacles that is going to destroy the world at the end of the school year, but is also the best teacher wasn‘t it. This is fantastic and I can‘t wait to read more!! #bookspinbingo

i have started this book and its actually really funny 😂

Loved it! This part even made me laugh out loud! I love Karma and Koro sensai, and even Karasuma. Can't wait to see what happens next! 5/5 stars

Fantastically hilarious and absurd. It mixes humor with serious subjects quite well.
