Book, cat, finished popcorn. #24in48 snack break was just right.
This book is the second in the Caroline series of Little House books (about Laura Ingall Wilder's mom, Caroline Quiner). It's decent historical children's fiction, though quite long for young readers (300+ pages). This is the (superior) unabridged edition - editions with other covers have been abridged in a bad way...
