Zero out of five stars!

Frank Miller was once considered one of the best writers in the graphic novel genre, but this book is so bad, it will make you wonder why that ever was. Writing so terrible that the publishing company actually claimed it was meant as a parody (it wasn‘t), and outright offensive at times (Batman actually calls Robin the R-word at one point). So bad, even The Joker would be disgusted by this book!

Branwen I wonder why they made this so terrible? 🤔 Is it generally hated in the fan community? 6y
DaveGreen7777 @Branwen Oh, yeah, this book is universally reviled! 😱 Fan reaction pretty much is divided into two groups, “So bad, it‘s hilarious like an Ed Wood” movie, and “Don‘t insult Ed Wood, even his stuff was way better than this”! It only got made because Frank Miller was a powerhouse in the industry at the time, and this, along with his horrible follow-up “Holy Terror” (which DC Comics refused to print) destroyed any credibility he once had! Branwen @DaveGreen7777 Thats such a shame! 😣 6y
