A Finder's Magic | 
pickThis is a little gem of a book. Magical and strange. It leaves a lot to the imagination and I think children need that; to not have everything explained to them, and to be left with lingering questions and a sense of enchantment & wonder. The illustrations are beautiful and the biographical note tells us that Pearce and the illustrator Helen Craig shared two grandsons, and that the main character is an anagram of the names of the grandsons 💚
