Okay, so, I didn‘t manage to read any of ISSOLA while I ate my delicious dumplings (with extra chili oil in the sauce, of course), but I got through a few pages while they cooked. That counts.

So far, this one‘s all toothsome worldbuilding and occasional loaded callbacks to past instalments. I like it a lot. Unless something dire happens, I should barrel on through to the end tonight.
