This one is about a young girl walking home from school and she gets abducted and killed by a man that seems to be a family man. Until his wife discovers things that belong to the young girl buried in their basement. #abbainaugust

Thank you to @Kaye for introducing me to this sad true crime story of a 14 year old girl that was kidnapped and murdered. Stephanie disappeared while walking home from school and was not seen again until her shallow grave was found. Amazingly enough, her purse, school books, and bra were found buried in the suspect‘s basement, yet his family professed his innocence throughout the trial and afterwards. #mttbrchallenge #pop18

My babysitting was cut short due to winter storm Hunter and Iceaggedon, so in preparation, I thought a bath and book appropriate.

Mdargusch Yes. It‘s an old story and this book was published in the late 90‘s @cathysaid . I‘m pretty sure @Kaye reviewed this on Litsy and that‘s why I ordered it. 6y

Kaye PS our ice storm up here is pretty nasty tonight. Not sure how long it‘s supposed to last or how much accumulation. They closed the schools last night , closed the library at noon today, and the grocery stores looked like the Christmas Eve shoppers. Good grief, what a crowd ! 6y
