3⭐️ This book is much different than I was expecting. It‘s a wordless trip through fashion time. It‘s all down with angular but colorful illustrations, depicting the clothing of the time. You can try and guess what time, but as I was, sometimes you are wrong. The chart at the end is helpful, but I would have prefered the info snippets on the pages with the pictures.

Paperplaces I would recommend wordless (silent books) for Dyslexic students. I did them with my younger students, as they couldn't read very well, but ask them what they think the story is about - the book really comes alive and you realize that their imagination is really amazing! 7y
LibrarianRyan @Paperplaces that's is very cool. We would use them for story time with small groups. Chris Van Allsburg does them better than most anyone else. 7y

Although the book is wordless, it includes a timeline that succinctly captions the time period and designers featured. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #NetGalley

Breezing along, smiling at this cute wordless book about fashion through the ages. Then suddenly we get children in a sweatshop. 💔😔
