This was a no for me. I really disliked the second person narrative, it kept me from becoming fully engaged with this. For such a relatively short book, it felt like it took forever to finish it and reading it was a chore. If I didn‘t have to lead a book club discussion about it, I would‘ve bailed.

A nice rainy afternoon on the porch, catching up on reading I need to get finished like this month‘s sci-fi and fantasy book club pick.

5/5 for me. Written in second person, which I think is a first for me. A bit jarring at first but after 15 or so pages it‘s not even noticeable.

Packs an emotional punch for a 223 page book. #wow
