This (short) list may be useful for #readingafrica2022. I think it covers mainly #nigeria (in fact, the article says that Nigerians dominate the African literary space) but the short stories may be useful for covering a lot of countries!

Tove_Reads I‘ve read one from every country except São Tomé and Principe. There are a few challenging ones. I think about 5-7 countries only have 2 books every published. Don‘t remember exactly anymore. 2y
