This is my Feb non-fiction read and a re-read as well!
I will read this book every year for as long as I have breath. Peter van Kets was a keynote speaker at a roadshow in 2013 and his talk changed my life! It is double awesome as he is local as well - if he can do this, what can I do? Also awesome leadership guide!
